The Lumatek 30W UV LED Supplement Light Bar offers an addition to the light spectrum for growers looking to improve the quality of their crop through the inclusion of UV output during the flowering phase. Designed to fit directly into the popular Lumatek Zeus LED fixtures, this unit has an integrated power supply unit and can also be cascaded.

Create a complete premium fruit or flower using ultraviolet signaling on your grow. This technology is a powerful tool for growers interested in creating a unique final crop, influencing its taste, smell and increasing the main substance to be extracted by up to 30%. It will also help control mold growth with gentle doses of UV-B and reduce the need for chemical interventions due to UV-A.

This unique device is specially designed to deliver the ideal doses of UV-B [280-315 nm] and UV-A [315-400 nm] radiation to your plants based on scientific support. A single device can provide 2.2 kJ/day (12 hours) of UV-B energy and 518 kJ/day (12 hours) of UV-A output. This translates into a device power of 100 mW of UV-B and 12000 mW of UVA. Lumatek guarantees that this device does not produce UV-C radiation. Integrate this technology with the frames of the Lumatek Zeus LED range and follow the guidelines on our Grow Light strategies.

The daisy chain cable will allow you to easily connect multiple devices. To ensure the performance of the unit, this LED bar has a single input and output socket for the power cord or daisy chain depending on the use of this bar. For this reason the Power (4m) and Daisy Chain (1.5m) cables are sold separately.

Precautions

The LUMATEK 30W UV supplementary LED bar is a device that provides a spectrum of UVB (near UV Erythemal) and UVA (near UV-black light) electromagnetic radiation with wavelengths from 280 to 400 nm.

To avoid any biological effects in the physical human body, please turn off the power during installation and/and maintenance processes on your cultivation system.

If the UV bars cannot be turned off, all exposed skin should be covered with opaque material, including the face, neck, head, hands and damage. It is assumed that other parts of the body are covered if appropriate laboratory clothing is worn. Example, long pants, closed shoes, gloves, long-sleeved lab coats and safety glasses.

Do not look directly into the light as the UVB radiation from the lamp can damage your eyes and skin.

Do not restrict airflow through the fixtures to avoid heat buildup which could dramatically shorten the life of the additional UV LED bars.

Do not place the additional UV LED bar in contact with any surface while it is still turned on.

Use only on plants.
