Terms of sale
These Conditions of Sale (hereinafter only "General Conditions") regulate the sale of products marketed by the company HeadShop Italia of Macerata in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sales and purchase operations, between the Seller and the Customer, will be governed by the following General Conditions.
Acceptance of the conditions of sale
The contract stipulated between the company Guerrilla Garden SAS and the Customer must be understood as concluded, even if only in part of the order, by HeadShop Italy. This acceptance is understood to be understood, upon notice, in any manner, to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale.
Product availability and order fulfillment
The e-commerce system adopted on the HeadShop Italia website is designed to guarantee the Customer maximum transparency, indicating in real time the exact status of availability of the Products in stock and relative delivery times.
However, it must be considered that multiple users can place orders for the same item / s at the same time and consequently vary the quantity of products in our warehouse. In this case it will be our concern to appropriately notify the Customer by telephone or e-mail of any problems related to the availability of the product, who at that point can freely decide whether or not to cancel the order placed. In case of cancellation you will be immediately refunded the amount paid.
HeadShop Italia reserves the opportunity to fulfill orders received, even if only partially, based on the availability of products in stock.
If the ordered product is not available Headshop Italia reserves the right to issue a credit note pursuant to art. 26 of Presidential Decree 633/72 within one year of purchase
We also remind you that the images and information in the product sheets are indicative and sometimes may not fully correspond to the actual characteristics of the article, although we show great care and attention in this too.
Orders are accepted only and exclusively via the Internet (on-line). The customer who sends the order directly from the site will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication via e-mail (e-mail) confirming the order, with the indication of the relative order number. In the event that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or shortage of product.
It is possible to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and the goods not yet shipped, by telephone or by written communication to be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
For orders already processed, the customer must exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
All sales prices displayed on the HeadShop Italia website are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They may be subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, except in exceptional or promotional cases, are charged to the Customer, clearly displayed before completing the order. In case of discrepancy in prices, subsequent to the Customer's order, these will be immediately communicated to the Customer by telephone or by e-mail who, without any penalty, may withdraw from the purchase commitment undertaken.
Delivery methods and times
Shipments are made exclusively by courier, which delivers within 10/20 working days (with some exceptions) following the fulfillment of the order throughout Italy. Transport costs are charged to the customer, clearly visible at the time of placing the order. For uninsured goods HeadShop Italia assumes no responsibility for loss, tampering or breakage of the purchased product (s) and for any delays in delivery by the shipping companies. Complaints and returns
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to immediately check their status and compliance. Complaints relating to the conformity of products, also in relation to their quantity and / or external appearance, must be made in writing through the appropriate procedure and the appropriate form to request the return of authorized materials (RMA). The goods must be sent carriage paid to our. warehouses accompanied by a transport document on which the RMA number must be indicated. Goods without this number will not be accepted. In the event of an RMA request for faulty or damaged product, if the returned product is functional, HeadShop Italia reserves the right to charge the cost of transport for the return of the goods, and a lump sum amount as a reimbursement for technical expenses of € 25, 00 + VAT. If the return is accepted, it will be refunded net of shipping costs.
Applicable law and competent court
This agreement is governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise on the interpretation and execution of this agreement, the court of Macerata will be competent.
