B+ (Psilocybe cubensis) 

The B+ strain is one of the most famous and widely cultivated varieties of Psilocybe cubensis. The origin of the name is uncertain, but it is believed that the "B" refers to the original cultivator who first distributed it, while the "+" symbolizes its reputation as a reliable, high-quality variety.

Appearance: Large, robust mushrooms with thick stems and wide, caramel-colored caps.

Key characteristics: Adaptable and resilient strain, able to grow in different conditions. Highly appreciated by growers, especially beginners. Considered one of the most "forgiving" strains to cultivate, it played an important role in early modern mushroom cultivation communities.
