Mazatapec is a classic variety of Psilocybe cubensis, inspired by a traditional strain originating from the Mazatec region of Oaxaca, Mexico. Its name is derived from the Mazatec people, an indigenous culture historically known for their traditional use of sacred mushrooms in spiritual and ceremonial contexts.
