These Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "General Conditions") govern the sale of products marketed by the HeadShop Italia company in Macerata in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sales and purchases between the Seller and the Customer will be governed by the following General Conditions.

Registration

Users wishing to purchase from HeadShop Italia and use the services on the site must register. The user who proceeds with the registration declares to have read the Privacy Policy, and that the personal data entered are true, as well as correct, taking full responsibility for the information provided. In the event of changes, the user must promptly inform the Company.

Acceptance of the conditions of sale

The contract stipulated between the company Guerrilla Garden and the Customer must be considered concluded, even if only partially, by HeadShop Italia. This acceptance is considered implicit, subject to prior communication, in any manner, to the Customer. By placing an order in the various modes provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale.

Product availability and order fulfillment

The electronic commerce system adopted on the HeadShop Italia site is designed to guarantee the customer maximum transparency, indicating in real time the exact status of availability of the products in stock and the relative delivery times.
However, we must consider the fact that more users can place orders for the same item at the same time and consequently vary the quantity of products present in our warehouse. In this case we will promptly inform the Customer by telephone or e-mail of any problems related to the availability of the product, which at that point can freely decide whether or not to cancel the order made. In case of cancellation you will be immediately reimbursed for the amount paid.

HeadShop Italia reserves the right to fulfill orders received based only on the availability of products in stock.

It should also be remembered that the images and information contained in the product data sheets are indicative and sometimes may not fully correspond to the actual characteristics of the item, although we show great care and attention in this too.

Orders

Orders are accepted exclusively via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order directly from the site will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication by e-mail (e-mail) confirming the order, with the indication of the relative order number. In the hypothesis that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or product shortage.
It is possible to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and the goods have not yet been dispatched, by phone or by written notice to be sent by e-mail to info@headshopitalia.com

For orders already processed, the customer must exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

Selling prices

All sales prices displayed on the HeadShop Italia website are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They can change without notice. Shipping costs, except in exceptional or promotional cases, are charged to the Customer, clearly displayed before the order is finalized. In the event of price discrepancies, subsequent to the Customer's order, these will be immediately communicated to the Customer by telephone or e-mail which, without penalty, may withdraw from the purchase commitment assumed.



Delivery methods and times

Shipments are made exclusively by courier, which delivers within 10/20 working days (except for some exceptions) subsequent to the order fulfillment throughout Italy. Transport costs are borne by the customer, clearly visible at the time the order is placed. For uninsured goods HeadShop Italia assumes no responsibility for the loss, tampering or breakage of the purchased product (s) and for any delivery delays by the shipping companies. Complaints and returns

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is immediately required to check the status and compliance. Complaints regarding the conformity of the products, also in relation to their quantity and / or external appearance, must be formulated in writing by means of the appropriate procedure and the appropriate request form for the return of authorized materials (RMA). The goods must be sent carriage free to our stores. warehouses accompanied by a transport document on which the RMA number must be indicated. The goods without this number will not be accepted. In case of RMA request for broken or damaged product, if the returned product is working, HeadShop Italia reserves the right to debit the cost of transport for the return of the goods, and a lump sum as reimbursement for the technical costs of € 25, 00 + VAT. If the return is accepted, it will be refunded net of shipping costs.

Applicable law and competent court

This agreement is governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising on the interpretation and execution of this agreement, the court of Macerata will be competent.
